With Panelista surveys, you have the opportunity to create a series of questions, framed by the personal video. You place your survey as a button, link, or QR code. When the answers come in, you get a flow of responses and can ask follow-up questions.
Surveys are perfect when you want to know a little more about the person you're asking or want to take advantage of high engagement and ask multiple questions. You get structure and analysis from AI that captures patterns and themes in the responses. The automatically generated report collects all insights for you.
How it works
You create a survey by creating a new touchpoint. Under question type, you choose Multiple questions. Then you're up and running!
If you can't find surveys, it's because you haven't added it to your license. Contact us, and we'll look into it!
Upload your video
The video clip can be short, perhaps maximum 15 seconds, where you introduce yourself and quickly frame what the questions in the survey are about. For example:
"Hi, Philip here! I work as a business developer at Purple Bank. Here are five questions about how we can improve our app for you as a user. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!"
Write the general question
It can be an overarching question or something brief about what the survey is about. For example, "What do you think of our app?" or "Develop the app with us - answer five quick questions!"
Build the questions
When building your questions in the survey, you can choose from several options such as free text answers, single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, rating 0โ10, and sentiments rating.
You can set conditions, meaning that the question appears based on the previous answer, those who answer x get question y.
There is no limit to the number of questions in a survey, but we recommend keeping it to as few as possible, to avoid exhausting the respondent.
Anonymity for sensitive topics
You can set the survey to be answered completely anonymously. This can be useful in use cases where you ask sensitive questions or for internal company questions.
