By using different colors to mark and categorize incoming answers, you can bring structure and order to the most interesting information. This allows you to cluster themes and write comments to your colleagues.
How it works:
You will find the functions for marking and learning in direct connection to the discussion. Use the buttons in the right corner to switch between highlights and lessons.
- Mark text to highlight the most important thing in the discussion, write a comment to the mark that describes why you chose to mark this particular thing.
- Create categories and keep order using different colors.
- Add and update lessons directly from the talk page.
Mark what is important
While the question is running and the answers are coming in, you can use the highlight tool to highlight what is important, interesting or perhaps new ideas that pop up in the discussion. The markings are only visible to you as an administrator and they are included in the report.
Summarize what you have learned
Inside the tool is a free text field for you and your team to summarize what you learn from the answers that come in. These learnings are included in the automated report, making it a great place to summarize the ideas and learnings you want to share with your colleagues.
The Automatic Report
The report is a compilation from your video question that helps you get the very best out of the discussion. The report is created in the background already when you ask follow-up questions during the discussion, make markings in different colors and formulate your lessons, these are included in the report.
Your highlights, key topics, lessons learned, and statistics are interspersed with AI-generated summarization that picks up themes and patterns among the feedback. All nicely packaged in an interactive presentation that you can tweak and easily share.
Share the insights with colleagues
Inspire and spread the insights by sharing the report with your colleagues. Then, more people can understand the customers' needs and design the right solutions. When you want to share the report, you can choose the order of the pages, and you can hide pages that are not relevant to include.
The easiest way to share the report is to copy the interactive link. All respondents are automatically anonymized
You can also save images from the report that you can insert into your own presentation or get all the answers in an xls file.
